The Magic Slime can be dropped by any Giants from Flaris to Darkon 3, specifically Greenmog Giants.

The EXP Scroll Part (1/2) can be found in Forsaken Tower B1 ~ B5, dropped by all monsters in those levels.

The EXP Scroll Part (2/2) can be found in Forsaken Tower B1 ~ B5, dropped by all monsters in those levels.

 

To craft the items, you need to visit the NPC Crafting Franklin in Flarine.
